We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who will act as a trusted deputy to our Head of Social. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll combine strategic oversight with day-to-day management to ensure the smooth running of accounts and campaigns. This role involves collaborating closely with our videography, design, digital, and PR teams to ensure social media efforts are seamlessly integrated into broader campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategic, creative campaigns that drive results for our clients

• Build and maintain client relations, becoming a go-to contact for social media advice and support

• Identify actionable insights from data and translate them into compelling creative campaigns

• Manage the day-to-day running of client accounts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

• Maintain strict quality control over all content leaving the social team, ensuring it meets the highest standards.

• Collaborate on new business pitches, contributing strategic ideas and campaign concepts that win clients over.

Required skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts across industries simultaneously, ideally within an agency environment

• Demonstrable experience in producing and managing high-quality content for major brands.

• Strong understanding of paid social (Meta and TikTok); including TikTok Shop and TikTok Live

• Proficient in interpreting data and crafting strategies that deliver measurable results.
