OTE – £40,000+ Per Annum Uncapped Commission

Jolly Media Marketing LTD are a digital marketing agency who specialise in supporting renewables companies across the UK, primarily with lead generation. The company is based in Tannochside in Scotland but we now serve clients all over the UK and are actively in discussion to move our service offering further afield into the middle east and the United States Of America. Our primary service is Social media ads management, this involves us setting up, managing and maintaining paid ads (typically on social media platforms like Facebook & Instagram) for our clients which help them win more business. We are also expert email marketers and utilise this to generate work for our commercial renewables installers across the UK.
Role Description (Full Training Provided)
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Rep working Monday to Friday, 9-5pm. Our sales development rep will be helping us to develop a continual pipeline of prospects to sell our marketing services to. They will also be responsible for nurturing commercial renewables enquiries for the clients we are retained by. This is an exciting opportunity and is the first key appointment in establishing our sales function which will be critical to grow the agency beyond its current size – We are looking for an ambitious sales development professional to:
- Respond to and set appointments with any Inbound leads which arrive via our own paid marketing/social posts/website
- Develop your own sales pipeline using prospecting methods that are already established
- Work with our client operations team to create compelling user case information that you can utilise to develop your pipeline and set more appointments
- Arrange client demo/sales calls for our commercial director to win new client business for the company
- Follow up with clients we have pitched our services to so we can close more customer business
- Nurture inbound commercial renewables install enquiries as part of our retained marketing service to renewables clients
- Collect payments from prospects who have agreed to do business with us
- Work with Commercial Director to continually improve all elements of our sales cycle to drive the business forward
*Full training is of course provided on all of the above
Required Experience
- Excellent communications skills, verbal for telephone calls and written across emails, socials, whatsapp etc
- Growth mindset, always looking to learn and drive yourself forward to improve
- Existing experience in sales & pipeline development will be beneficial
- Proficient in utilisation of a CRM system to help you nurture and develop a sales pipeline
- Proficient in the use of IT equipment, laptop/desktop, tablet, Google/Word packages and general software solutions
- Demonstrable experience of being a real team player
