Hairdressing/Barbering Lecturer
Permanent
Full time, 35 Hours per week
Salary: £40,170 – £48,357 per annum (Candidates holding TQFE will commence on £46,310 per annum.)
You will deliver professional Hairdressing Courses to a diverse range of students at a variety of levels. As a professional member of the teaching staff of the College, you will be responsible for the preparation of lessons; the teaching of students and the marking and assessment of their work.

The ideal candidate must possess an HNC in Hairdressing or equivalent level qualification in Hairdressing, along with broad demonstrable experience of the vocational specialism.

The successful candidate will possess effective interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate learning to individuals with a variety of learning styles.
TQFE and Assessor Awards are desirable along with knowledge of hairdressing qualifications at SCCF Level 5, 6 and HNC/ and or previous teaching experience but not essential.
