The Client Engagement Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth, as this is a revenue-generating position focused on expanding client relationships. Responsible for managing the entire client lifecycle, from the initial sale and onboarding experience to ongoing account management, the role is essential for ensuring client success and retention. You will be at the forefront of building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through our services, and providing education and support throughout their journey with us. The focus is on enhancing client satisfaction while contributing to the company’s overall growth objectives.
Sales, Strategy, and Execution:
- Develop and implement SME sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation.
- Leverage CRM and market insights to drive sales performance.
- Support Client Engagement in handling inquiries and converting leads.
Customer Onboarding and Success:
- Design and oversee SME onboarding to ensure smooth client integration.
- Ensure alignment with SmartPA’s processes and service standards.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong SME client relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service teams to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through account management.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use analytics to monitor performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Align with service delivery, marketing, and finance on strategies and customer experience improvements.
People Management:
- Lead and mentor the Client Engagement team, setting performance goals and providing training.

Experience required:
- Proven track record in sales management, driving revenue growth, and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong background in B2B sales, preferably within SME or service-based industries.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and managing sales pipelines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in leading and mentoring sales or client engagement teams.
- Strong collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with marketing, service delivery, and finance teams.
- Familiarity with customer onboarding processes and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Data-driven decision-making experience, utilizing analytics to guide strategies and improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client value.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
