Profile

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organisation’s initiatives and campaigns. You’ll collaborate with various departments to execute marketing strategies, analyse data, and create engaging content to enhance our brand presence and customer engagement.

About the role

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising. Coordinate with management to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
  • Literature Creation: Manage and create content for print, including brochures, merchandising and point of sale materials.
  • Digital Content Creation: Manage and create content for digital platforms, including social media channels, website, and email marketing, maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights that inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and present findings to management. Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies for better outcomes.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as organising marketing materials, managing budgets, and maintaining marketing databases.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.

About you

  • Marketing (or similar) degree or equivalent experience in a marketing apprenticeship or role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, email marketing, and website management.
  • Talent for creating engaging literature and digital content.
  • Enthusiastic and seeking a challenge, with excellent communication.
  • Experience with the Adobe packages: Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Premier Pro.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
