As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises. You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the security of the premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations.
The Role:
We are seeking professional and vigilant Security Officers to join our Event Security teams. This is not just any security position; it’s an opportunity to be the face of security excellence in environments where first impressions and high standards matter most. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our prestigious venues and their guests.
Skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible security presence that assures guests of their safety and security
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Conduct regular patrols and security checks to maintain a secure environment
- Respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies
- Collaborate with hotel staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless security operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing the guest experience
- Enforce venue policies and procedures to ensure guest safety
About You:
- Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Exceptionally well-presented with excellent communication skills
- Experience in security roles, preferably within events or luxury hotel settings
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
