Welcome to huntsrecruitment.com. (“huntsrecruitment.com,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or
using huntsrecruitment.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following
Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Terms of Service for All Users
1.1. Acceptance of Terms
By using huntsrecruitment.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any
other guidelines, rules, or additional terms referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally
binding agreement between you and Hunt Recruitment Services Ltd.

revised Terms on the Site, which will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of
the Site after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

1.3. Use of the Site
– Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and
warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by
all of the Terms.
– Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
– Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Site in any medium, including without limitation
by any automated or non-automated scraping.
– Using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,”
etc., to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to the huntsrecruitment.com
servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online
web browser.
– Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any
transmissions to or from the servers running the Site.
– Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or
disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
– Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Site.
– Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from
the Site.
– Using the Site for any commercial solicitation purposes.
– Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or
entity, conducting fraud, hiding, or attempting to hide your identity.

2. Services Provided
2.1. For Job Seekers
As a job seeker, you may access and use the services provided on huntsrecruitment.com for the sole
purpose of finding employment opportunities. These services include:
– Job Search: You may search for job listings using various filters, such as location, job title, industry,
and more.
– Job Alerts: You can subscribe to receive job alerts by email or SMS based on your selected criteria.
– CV Upload: You may upload your CV to the site to apply for jobs and be visible to recruiters.
– Profile Creation: You can create and manage a personal profile to showcase your skills, experience,
and qualifications to potential employers.
By using these services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your
profile as needed.

2.2. For Recruiters and Employers
As a recruiter or employer, you may access and use the services provided on huntsrecruitment.com
for the sole purpose of finding candidates for job vacancies. These services include:
– Job Posting: You may post job vacancies on the site, including detailed descriptions of the role,
requirements, and company information.
– CV Database Access: You can search and view CVs uploaded by job seekers who have made their
profiles searchable.
– Candidate Matching: Our system may recommend potential candidates based on the criteria
specified in your job postings.
By using these services, you agree to provide accurate and complete job information and to respect
the privacy and rights of job seekers.

2.3. General Services
We provide a platform for job seekers to connect with recruiters and employers. However, we do
not act as an employment agency or offer job placement services directly. We do not guarantee that
users will secure employment or find suitable candidates through our site.

3. Terms of Service for Job Seekers
For purposes of this Section 3 of the Terms of Service, all references to “you” or “your” shall mean
you, the individual or organization accessing this Site in your capacity as a Job Seeker. As a Job
Seeker, you are permitted to use huntsrecruitment.com and its content solely for non-commercial
purposes. You further agree that the Terms of Service for All Users also apply. In case of any overlap
or conflict between the Terms of Service for All Users and the Terms of Service for Job Seekers, the
latter shall govern.

3.1 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content that you post, upload, or otherwise
make available on or through the Site. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or
otherwise objectionable.
– Rights Granted: By submitting content to the Site, you grant Hunt Recruitment Services Ltd. a
worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display
such content in any media.
– Content Removal: Hunt Recruitment Services Ltd. reserves the right to remove any content that
violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

3.2. Use of the Site
– Purpose: The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of
individuals looking for employment opportunities and career information. You may use, print, and
download information from the site for these purposes only. You may not otherwise copy, display,
transmit, or distribute any material from the site. Any unauthorized processing of information on the
site will be deemed a material breach of these terms, entitling us to terminate the Services
immediately without prior notice. We also reserve the right to suspend the provision of the Services
to you if we reasonably believe that you have engaged in any unauthorized processing of
information.
– Intellectual Property: All copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the site
and the material available on the site belong to us or our third-party suppliers. Use of the site does
not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.
– Accuracy: Hunt Recruitment Services Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or
timeliness of job listings or other information provided on the Site.
– Prohibited Listings: We reserve the right to remove any job listing that we believe violates our
policies, is misleading, or may harm the users of our Site.
– No Employment Guarantee: Hunt Recruitment Services Ltd. does not guarantee that you will
secure employment by using our Site or that any employer will find suitable candidates.

3.3. Your Account
– Account Registration: Certain Services will only be available as part of an account on the Site. To
create an account, you must provide a valid email address and a password, which we will store to
perform our obligations under this Agreement. We will confirm the receipt of your registration
application via email. The Agreement for your account between you and us will come into effect
when we activate your account.
– Account Information: You must provide complete and truthful information during registration and
keep your contact data up to date. You are responsible for ensuring that your email address remains
valid and accessible. Should any of your provided data change, you must immediately update your
account information.
– Social Accounts: You may use your social media accounts (e.g., Google, Facebook, Apple) to create
and/or sign into your account. If you choose to remove access, you will need to do so via the
respective social media platform. We can also create an account using the details provided through
your Social Accounts. Once a local account is created, you will no longer need to use your Social
Accounts for logging in.

3.4. Candidate Recommender
– Profile Visibility: If your profile is searchable, we may recommend you to a recruiter for job
vacancies matching your criteria. By setting your profile and/or account to searchable, you consent
to recruiters viewing, accessing, and receiving details of your profile. You can modify your settings or
update your CV within your account area.
– Matching Criteria: The matching process is based on job specifications you have interacted with
recently. This processing is necessary for us to perform our contract with you.

3.5. CV Search
– Visibility: By registering for our Services, parts of your Profile information and CV (if uploaded
during your registration) will be visible to Recruiters on the Platform. We may also suggest your
Profile to Recruiters if you have set your profile as searchable.

3.6. Communications by Other Means
– Job Alerts: You can subscribe to job alerts by text message and/or email through our Platforms,
receiving regular notifications about listings that match your criteria. You can create and manage job
alerts manually within your account.

3.7. User Content
– Content Submission: You may use our Services and transmit content to us in accordance with these
terms. We do not claim ownership of the content you provide. By submitting content to us, you
grant us a non-exclusive, territorially unrestricted license to use the content for the provision of the
Services, including the right to save, reproduce, format, and transmit the content.
– Content Warranties: You warrant that you own all necessary rights to the content you provide, and
that its use by us does not violate our terms or applicable legal regulations, nor does it infringe any
third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by
reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your
personal information.

5. Intellectual Property
– Ownership: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software
, is the property of Hunt Recruitment Services Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by UK and
international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
– License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Hunt Recruitment Services Ltd. grants you a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for
your personal, non-commercial use.
– Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Site or included
software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software,
unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Hunt Recruitment Services Ltd. provides the Site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest
extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not
limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunt Recruitment Services Ltd. shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues,
whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses,
resulting from: (a) Your use or inability to use the Site; (b) Any unauthorized access to or use of our
servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) Any interruption or cessation of
transmission to or from the Site; (d) Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be
transmitted to or through our Site by any third party; (e) Any errors or omissions in any content, or
for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or
otherwise made available through the Site; and/or (f) The defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct
of any third party.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United
Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection
with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
