Position: Security Door Host

Location: Various Venues , Edinburgh

Hours: 4-12 hours available

Pay: Starting from £25.00 p/h with payment made via PAYE on the 10th of January 2025

Gent is looking for fully licensed Level 2 Door Supervisors to join our team for Hogmanay in Edinburgh, working as part of our 65 strong team, we will be providing security support across various venues within the City Centre, ranging from late night bars to luxury hotels.

What You’ll Do:

• Work as part of a team to create a safe, welcoming environment.
• Greet every guest with a warm welcome and ensure a friendly farewell.
• Provide exeptional customer service, assisting patrons with queries and ensuring a high standard of professionalism at all times.
• Maintain a secure and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills – your friendly demeanour and professionalism will set the tone for every guest’s experience.
• A well-presented appearance is essential.
• Experience in hospitality or security is an advantage but not mandatory.

Uniform:

• You Must Provide: Navy chinos, white shirt, navy tie, and smart brown shoes, we will provide a company fleece and jacket, and a tweed blazer depending on venue.
