*Job Summary* As a Chef at our establishment, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing the culinary team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes to our customers. *Duties* – Lead and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking activities – Create and develop innovative menus in line with customer preferences and seasonal availability – Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation – Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed – Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards – Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events or promotions *Qualifications* – Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment – Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices – Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of kitchen staff – Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures – Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently – Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
