Static Commercial Gas Engineer – Facilities Provider – Glasgow – £45,000 plus on-call allowance and excellent benefit package

This an exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based on a static site in Glasgow.

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a static Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across an established contract based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Commercial gas engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression. The successful candidate will be GasSafe commercial gas qualified with extensive experience in commercial building maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Duties & Responsibilities

– You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties
– Reactive maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties
– Self-delivery of smaller installations
– Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
– Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment
– Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
– Reactive and planned commercial maintenance
– Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship

Requirements:

– Commercial GasSafe qualifications
– Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge

– Extensive experience working within commercial environments

Package:

– Basic Salary of up to £45,000
– Monday – Friday 08.00 – 17.00
– On-call Rota
– 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
